Hours are South African time (SAST, UTC+2), Monday to Friday. Markets do not keep office hours and neither do we entirely — urgent order problems get looked at when we see them.

We will never ask for

Your MetaTrader password, your investor password, or remote access to your trading account. Nobody legitimate in this industry asks for those. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
