Terms of sale and use
1. What you are buying
A licence to use one copy of the software on one MetaTrader account. The copy you receive is compiled to run only on the account number you give us. You are buying a licence, not ownership of the software.
2. What you may not do
Resell, redistribute, share, rent or publish the file; attempt to decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer it; or attempt to remove or defeat the account lock. Doing any of these ends the licence immediately.
3. Rebuilds
5 rebuilds are included so you can move to a different account or broker. A rebuild replaces your licensed account — it does not add a second one. The tool is licensed for use on one account at a time.
4. Updates
Updates are provided free for as long as we maintain the product. We do not promise a maintenance period, and we will say so plainly if a product is retired.
5. No financial advice, no guarantee
Nothing we supply is financial advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to enter any trade. The software does not predict market direction. We publish no win rate or performance record and make no representation that use of the software will be profitable. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money rapidly, and you are solely responsible for every trade you place.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for trading losses. NEEDS LEGAL REVIEW — South African consumer law limits how far this can be excluded.
