Refund policy

Draft — needs review by a South African attorney before launch. The commercial position below is accurate; the wording has not been checked against the Consumer Protection Act or the ECT Act.

We do not refund after your file has been delivered.

The reason is mechanical rather than mean. Your copy is compiled specifically for your MetaTrader account and sent to you as a file. Once it is on your computer we cannot take it back, cannot disable it, and cannot verify that it has been deleted. There is no honest way for us to offer a money-back guarantee on something we hand over irreversibly.

Because of that, we put real effort into talking the wrong buyer out of the purchase before they pay. Every product page carries a requirements checklist and a plain statement of what the product is not. Please read them. If anything there does not apply to you, do not buy.

Before delivery

If you have paid but not yet received a compiled file, email us and we will refund you in full. Nothing has been handed over at that point.

If it is broken

A refund policy is not a licence for us to ship something that does not work. If the product does not do what this site says it does, we will fix it, rebuild your copy, or refund you — and we would rather you told us than quietly wrote it off.

What is not a fault

Losing money on a trade is not a product fault. These are charting and execution tools. They do not predict direction and we publish no win rate, precisely so that nobody buys expecting one.
